Becoming sole owner in 2003, Brendan has continued to develop strong client relationships over 18 years. He understands closely their needs and ensures the Group services are delivered to the highest standard whilst driving forward growth and strategy.

John Price MCIOB
John spent 26 years with Costain before joining Keltbray in 2006 and describes the company he now manages as focused, committed, growing in stature and taking on more and more technically complicated and challenging projects.

Joining Keltbray from Skanska where he was Finance Director overseeing all the UK operations, he now assists in driving the operational and strategic development of the Keltbray Group.

Group Commercial Director
Peter Suchy RICS
Supporting the strategic and operational goals of the Group, Peter manages the procurement, estimating and surveying functions of the Group. He sees his main role as ascertaining the profitability of the business.

Keith Elliott
With over 30 years of international experience in a major global engineering construction business, today Keith uses his background as a director of a number of major companies in addition to his own residential property business.

Geoff Wright TD DL PPCIOB
Geoff was until his retirement, a Director of Hammerson Plc. He is a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Building and a past Deputy Chairman of the Construction Industry Board. Geoff is now a Non Executive Director of several companies including Keltbray Ltd.
