Sustaining the future

We seek to promote the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources to minimise environmental pollution in all our work activities and, where possible, by our influence over others within the industry. Our object is to minimise the environmental impact of all our operations.

Every attempt is made for waste to be recycled, reclaimed and re-used. Liquid pollutants will not be allowed to enter watercourses and consideration is always given to ‘greener’ alternatives.

By tackling problems such as air and water pollution, energy use, reclamation, recycling and waste management, we are better able to manage the impact we have on the quality of other people’s lives in the communities in which we work. In our book, the benefits of seeking more sustainable solutions lead to both commercial and social value creation.
