Pectel (A Keltbray Division) appoint new Managing Director

Robert Blackburn has joined the Keltbray Group as Managing Director of Pectel (A Keltbray Division).
Robert brings to the role a wealth of experience and knowledge gained in the UK asbestos industry. He has acted as an expert witness in the sector, as well as working on committees such as the UKAS Asbestos Technical Advisory Committee (2003-2010) and the HSL Committee for Fibre Measurement (2007-present). Robert also served on the Asbestos Liaison Group, a forum that promotes best standards and practice in relation to control and work with asbestos between 2002 and 2007.
