WENTWORTH HOUSE PARTNERSHIP APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Esher July 2015: Wentworth House Partnership, which is part of Keltbray Group and a leading engineering design consultancy, has appointed Tim Lohmann as Director with immediate effect.

Tim joined Wentworth House from Swanton Consulting, which he helped to develop into a successful temporary works design practice.

About his appointment, Founding Director of Wentworth House Partnership, Stuart Marchand, said: “After nearly 30 years in the industry, Tim has a reputation second to none and is a very well respected engineering design professional. He was engaged on one of our contracts some years ago, and we are delighted he has now returned and joined our team permanently. We see Tim’s role as instrumental to growing the business by extending the Wentworth House Partnership capabilities and services portfolio, and by growing the external client base by targeting new market segments.”

According to Tim, he chose to join Wentworth House Partnership due to the company’s market leading credentials and opportunities for growth and diversification: “I’m thrilled to join Wentworth, which is already a market leading company in the field of temporary and geotechnical works. I’m particularly excited about the diversity of Keltbray Group, and the potential this represents in terms of expanding the engineering design business further. This gives great scope for expanding Wentworth House Partnership’s range of engineering design services, and for offering these to new clients.

“I was also attracted to this role by the company’s track record for nurturing young people and developing its staff, which is a great match for my own philosophy of how our people and diversity hold the key to building client value.”

Tim has been appointed with immediate effect and is based at Wentworth House Partnership’s head office in Esher. He is a Chartered Engineer by profession and a long-standing Director of The Temporary Works Forum, a not-for-profit organisation, which aims to provide guidance and raise the profile of the temporary works industry, and of which Wentworth House was a founding partner.
