Esher 2 February 2017: Keltbray Group is a member of The Supply Chain Sustainability School, where we have just achieved Gold Member Status following a recent assessment.
The School was launched in 2012 to promote a common approach to addressing sustainability within the construction industry supply chain and today has more than 14,000 members.
Keltbray’s Community Engagement Coordinator, Thomas Nutley, said: “Progressing from Silver to Gold status is a great achievement and reflects how we are driving improvements in this area, by tackling issues of sustainability in our supply chain, in our communities and amongst our employees.
“The school is now an integral part of our sustainability strategy, and has helped us develop and improve our own competency in sustainability, as well as driving step change in our supply chain. Our membership of the School has also positively impacted Keltbray as a business more generally, and is helping us advance our sustainable practices so they become an embedded part of our business and continuous improvement plans.”
The Supply Chain Sustainability School is run by Action Sustainability and aims to drive sustainability progress by providing members with practical support in the form of e-learning modules, tailored assessment and action plans. For more information, see The Supply Chain Sustainability School
