The training courses that can now be booked online include general site safety, first aid at work, National Skills Academy for Rail (NSAR) approved Track Safety and Engineering courses.

Training offered by Keltbray is independently audited and approved, and delivered to both Keltbray’s own people across the Group, as well as to external clients, such as Network Rail, Mace and Amey. The courses are delivered in Keltbray’s state of the art training centres in Basildon and Crewe where there are practical training facilities and fully equipped class rooms that are air conditioned and boast Wi-Fi. They also have the latest IT equipment, including interactive whiteboards, projectors and work station connections.

Keltbray first established a dedicated training division in 2007 to ensure Keltbray’s employees, who now count more than 1,500, are competent and highly skilled. It has since grown to a 21-strong division which provides over 60,000 hours’ worth of training and development services.

“Our team of professional trainers and assessors have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the sectors in which we work and help to deliver a high quality experience to our learners, and with the help of this new online booking system, we have now simplified the system so that it is easier for our customers to check our course availability and make quick and easy bookings,” explained Keltbray Group’s Training & Development Director, Holly Price.
