Esher 28 July 2017: Keltbray Group, which is a UK leading specialist business, which offers engineering, construction, demolition, decommissioning, remediation, rail, environmental services and reinforced concrete frame solutions has appointed Michael Pelken as Innovation and Research & Development Director with immediate effect.
This is a newly created role to help Keltbray capture, harness and promote Research & Development across the Group.
“Based on his track record in award-winning patent development in design, architecture, engineering, and construction, we are confident Michael can help us build on and further develop our innovative and competitive edge both internally and externally,” said Keltbray Group CEO Brendan Kerr.

We believe Michael is well placed to build on our innovation achievements to date and identify and drive future research opportunities to ensure we keep evolving as a business,” Brendan continued.
Michael has extensive experience working on projects ranging from industrial design to large scale architectural structures and has practiced in Germany, Italy, the UK, USA and China. His work has been widely published and exhibited, and he is a sought after keynote speaker both in the UK and abroad.
He will be combining his work at Keltbray with his responsibilities as a Partner of London based P+ Studio, Visiting Professor at Nanjing University and Southeast University and will continue his academic research at Cambridge University.
