Esher 1 August 2017: Keltbray Group; a leading UK specialist business that offers engineering, construction, demolition, decommissioning, remediation, rail, reinforced concrete structures and environmental services, today announced the appointment of Joseph Goldberg as Group Investment Director with immediate effect.

This is a newly created role which aims to maximise Keltbray’s investment opportunities, including the development of a framework and structure for the Group’s long term growth, as well as a medium term strategic plan to identify potential markets for future development.

Mr Goldberg will work with all of Keltbray’s business units to optimise opportunities for expansion, and joins Keltbray from Santander UK plc where he was a Relationship Director responsible for corporate trading businesses located in London and the South East of England in the construction, house building and property sectors, including Keltbray.

“Joseph handled Keltbray’s banking at Santander for a number of years. We had a good relationship and he understands our business. Based on our exponential growth over the past decade, we have now got to the stage where we need more dedicated investment expertise to help ensure we optimise our market opportunities. Joseph is well placed to provide this support and we look forward to tapping into his expertise and market knowledge, particularly in the area of property and construction, where he has a great track record,” explained Keltbray Group’s Finance Director, John Keehan.

“Keltbray is an impressive growth engine, but there is considerable potential for better long-term investment planning and for improving asset and capital efficiency. I am really excited at the prospect of working for a company with such an entrepreneurial spirit, and to build on the very solid foundation Keltbray has established,” said Mr Goldberg.

Joseph Goldberg is based at Keltbray’s head office in Esher. He reports to Keltbray CEO Brendan Kerr and the Group’s Finance Director, John Keehan and will be a member of the Keltbray Group Executive Board.
