Following the commencement of the second national Lockdown in England from Thursday 5th November, the firebreak in Wales and the tiering systems in Scotland and Northern Ireland, the UK Prime Minister, and the First Ministers of Scotland and Wales have all explicitly supported the continuation of construction to sustain vital services and support the economy’s recovery.  The latest guidance reiterates that construction workers should continue to travel to work and attend their workplace.

In line with this direction and in accordance with the CLC Standard Operating Procedures and our own enhanced Covid-secure smart working practices, Keltbray’s sites remain open for business and continue to deliver services for our customers – it is imperative that this happens.

During the pandemic, the construction sector has clearly demonstrated that it can continue to operate safely and effectively – for our workers and the general public.  As an industry, we have a huge responsibility to do the very best that we can at this very difficult time, and Keltbray is fully committed to playing a central role in this regard.

By working together, and respecting each other we can, and we will, do everything necessary to get through this crisis.

Thank you and stay safe.
