Keltbray, a leading UK specialist engineering business, today announces the appointment with immediate effect of Neil Thompson, as its new Managing Director – Rail. Mr Thompson comes with a wealth of specific expertise and experience gained from senior roles in Network Rail and more latterly, Crossrail.

Mr Thompson, who will report to Phil Price, Managing Director – Infrastructure, will carry out a transition period with Martin Brown until September when Mr Brown will depart to pursue other interests.
