Keltbray scoops all 3 Lots on Your Housing Group Framework for Site Remediation Works
Keltbray, a leading UK specialist engineering business, today announces it has won the contract to deliver the site remediation works across all 3 Lots on Your Housing Group’s (YHG) Framework Agreement.
The Framework for site remediation works comprises of 14 contractors across 3 Lots and will run for 4 years from 2022 to 2026. The Framework Agreement provides YHG with a panel of suitably skilled and qualified contractors who can provide land remediation works, including removing, reducing, and controlling environmental risks so the site poses no risk to health and is in a condition fit to begin development for residential properties.
The new Framework Agreement covers projects of different sizes. There are 3 Lots up to the value of £999K (Lot1), £1M-£5M (Lot2) and £5M+ (Lot3).
This is YHG’s first panel for this type of works. The Framework agreement was awarded on 11th January 2022 following a full Restricted Tender process.
Peter Howland, Managing Director for Remediation at Keltbray, said, “Keltbray is delighted to have secured this Framework Agreement to deliver these important works which will bring significant benefits to the local community and the country as a whole as we work to address the UK’s national housing crisis. Your Housing Group (YHG) share our values when it comes to supporting communities whilst minimising our impact on the environment, and the drive for sustainable innovation. We look forward to working with them on this important scheme.”
