The health, safety and wellbeing of our people remains at the core of every decision we make. As a business we have worked hard to ensure that all our workplaces, whether they be operational sites or offices are ‘COVID-resilient’. We regularly review and refresh the measures in line with the latest government guidance.

Following the Prime Minister’s national address on the 22nd September announcing new restrictions in the wake of rising COVID-19 infection rates, all of our sites will continue to operate under the current COVID procedures and remain open. Our position on office-based working is to continue with our current plan based around people attending their place of work where there is a specific business, employee effectiveness or personal need, including safeguarding our mental wellbeing. Where this is not the case for certain individuals, they will continue to work from home.

Over the last few months, we have seen the benefits of using our offices and the important working infrastructure they provide to better serve our customers and sustain our business.

Throughout this challenging period, the Group has acted quickly and decisively; we constantly review our actions and smart working procedures in accordance with the issued guidance; and, at all times our actions are in the interest of ensuring Keltbray has the strength and resilience to operate effectively through the crisis and be properly positioned to grow in the future.
