At Keltbray we believe we have a duty to operate responsibly make a positive contribution to the economy, the environment and communities.
We take part in the Diversity Works programme; a Mayoral initiative to help increase our talent pool and take advantage of London’s diversity.
We also run an apprentice scheme, and actively support the Princes Trust and the Construction Youth Trust to provide work-based opportunities for young people who are not in work, education or training.
Through investment in training and development, we do our utmost to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our people.
We subscribe to the Considerate Constructors Scheme and Local Authority Considerate Contractor Schemes and embrace their philosophy by regularly receiving recognition for our efforts. Our aim is to minimise the impact of our operations on people and the environment at all times. We also consult widely with all third party stakeholders and implement Neighbourhood and Positive Working Environment Policies on all projects.
Our fleet is fitted with proximity protection standards to improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists, and we recently invested £5.5 million in new vehicles to reduce emissions and improve safety for all road users.
Keltbray now recycles the vast majority of material from sites, and has turned recycling and recovery into a standalone business.
