Our initiatives
To prevent rather than treat HAVS
To tackle Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Keltbray supports the industry’s two leading manufacturers of Reactec technology in developing products to accurately record and limit vibration exposure times. We also have dedicated site teams to train operatives and managers in the correct management of HAVS and are working to identify tools presenting less vibration exposure.

Future-proofing good health and safety practices
Keltbray has its own Young Safety Leadership Team to gather the opinions of younger employees about improvements in health and safety. The team meets regularly and is mentored by a Board Director. This is an opportunity for the freer thinkers in the business to shape ideas for the future and share best practice.

Ensuring a safe working environment for all
