The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Regulation 10 requires every employer to ensure that adequate information, instruction and training is given to their employees who are exposed or who are liable to be exposed to asbestos, or who supervises such employees.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Regulation 10 requires every employer to ensure that adequate information, instruction and training is given to their employees who are exposed or who are liable to be exposed to asbestos, or who supervises such employees. The HSE are prosecuting organisations that do not have management systems for asbestos, which must include training for all staff that may come into contact asbestos.
