The Remediation Assistant Project Manager (APM) is a project critical role. The principal role of the SA is to ensure the delivery of all operational tasks and undertake all operational functions within the remit of the project.
The Contracts Manager is not a project critical role. The principal role of the Remediation Contracts Manager (CM) is to support the Assistant Project Manager (APM), Site Manager (SM) and Supervisors (SUP) in the delivery of their project responsibilities and all tasks they are responsible for as part of their roles which are project critical.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, jointly overseeing the development and management of the growing Quantity Surveying team alongside the existing Senior QS, and the responsibility for the delivery of all commercial live project tasks to ensure best value is being achieved across the board.
