About the role:
Our accounts department are now looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator / Junior Purchase Ledger to join our Purchase Ledger team based out of our head office in Esher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior level accounts individual to join a growing department with an excellent platform to develop from senior members of staff.
This role would suit a candidate who has up to a 1 years’ experience in a accounts related position who is interested in developing a clear career path within accounts and purchase ledger taking a proactive approach to finance administration.
- Processing of invoices, once scanned and approved
- Reconciliation supplier statements and dealing with any queries highlighted
- Raising payments when invoices become due
- Regular maintenance of the ledgers, including reviewing creditors listings
- Dealing with internal and external calls and emails
- Maintaining central email folder
- Assist with other Ad – Hoc departental duties
- Any other duties within the Purchase Ledger Department as required.
We will consider candidates with up to a years’ accounts / finance experience across any of credit control, accounts assistance, purchase ledger, accounts payable. The key to this role is the drive and enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role.
