Digital Delivery Lead

Taking a lead role in advancing Keltbray Highway’s digital transformation journey.

Deployment of digital project data environments and associated project technology tools and processes. Roll out of training and onboarding as required. Undertake maintenance, troubleshooting and support user queries.

Deployment of appropriate tools (during pre-con and construction stages) and upskilling of our teams in order to utilise and contribute to design modelling as required and be able to interrogate it to support better construction planning and execution. Upskill and transform our delivery teams and support development of our supply chain partners with a view to moving towards a fully digital workflow, shifting away from traditional construction outputs.

Lead on establishing digital design data environments as standard, to enable digital asset information gathering and handover as required by project/client specific requirements. Working with our consultant designers and clients to define digital design & construction modelling approaches and handover requirements to ensure it is effective and acceptable to all parties through design, construction and handover stages.

Identify, develop, trial and potentially roll out technological innovations. Prepare business cases to demonstrate the value to be added, and seek internal buy-in and secure funding as required. Capture success and share learning across the group.

The role would be flexible in terms of hybrid working, but would require regular attendance on sites, particularly during initial deployment and onboarding stages.

The role will also involvement in decommissioning of historic systems and removal.

Engineering experience and a background in BIM in engineering delivery and data management is essential. An understanding of and experience gained in design, construction and handover stages is important. Knowledge and understanding of site based processes and tools.

Project Controls experience and an understanding of the process is highly desirable.
