About the Role:
There is a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger to join our Group and be a part of the team responsible for both Keltbray Structures and CPL.
This role would suit a candidate who has around 2 years’ experience in a similar role who is experienced in dealing with a high volume of direct debit accounts and allocations taking a proactive approach to finance administration.
- Processing of invoices, once scanned and approved
- Reconciliation supplier statements and dealing with any queries highlighted
- Raising payments when invoices become due
- Regular maintenance of the ledgers, including reviewing creditors listings
- Dealing with internal and external calls and emails
- Maintaining central email folder
- Assist with other Ad – Hoc departental duties
- Any other duties within the Purchase Ledger Department as required.
We will look at candidates who have experience in finance administration, site administration, payroll and purchasing administration or credit controlling who are confident in dealing with a high volume of direct debit accounts, allocations and query resolutions. Experience with the COINS system would be ideal however not essential.
