Team Assistant – Keltbray Management Services

The purpose of this role:

To provide day to day support for the In-House legal counsel, insurance and property teams.  This is a wide and varied opportunity which for the right candidate, has potential for growth.

 

Primary Tasks and Duties:

Support for

  • Data and process management
  • Corporate administration and legal documentation
  • Diary management and organisation (prompts/reminders etc.)
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing meeting documentation such as agendas and handouts as required
  • Mailbox and correspondence management
  • Invoice management –accounts for property department
  • Property – Scheduling, maintenance of records, reviewing leases
  • Coordination with various departments within the Group and external third parties
  • General Legal/Insurance correspondence/documentation/handling
  • Commercial Projects
  • Preparing presentations/spreadsheets/documents as required
  • Meetings minutes and coordination as required
  • Ad hoc assistance for other Executive Board Directors

 

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Previous PA and/or Administration Experience preferably in a busy commercial setting
  • Company secretarial experience (would be advantageous)
  • Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Word
  • Dealing with external suppliers
