Team Assistant – Keltbray Management Services
The purpose of this role:
To provide day to day support for the In-House legal counsel, insurance and property teams. This is a wide and varied opportunity which for the right candidate, has potential for growth.
Primary Tasks and Duties:
Support for
- Data and process management
- Corporate administration and legal documentation
- Diary management and organisation (prompts/reminders etc.)
- Scheduling meetings and preparing meeting documentation such as agendas and handouts as required
- Mailbox and correspondence management
- Invoice management –accounts for property department
- Property – Scheduling, maintenance of records, reviewing leases
- Coordination with various departments within the Group and external third parties
- General Legal/Insurance correspondence/documentation/handling
- Commercial Projects
- Preparing presentations/spreadsheets/documents as required
- Meetings minutes and coordination as required
- Ad hoc assistance for other Executive Board Directors
Experience and Knowledge:
- Previous PA and/or Administration Experience preferably in a busy commercial setting
- Company secretarial experience (would be advantageous)
- Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Word
- Dealing with external suppliers
