Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme offers a diverse two-year development journey that blends technical learning, professional skills training, and real-world project experience.

Over two years, you will take part in a wide range of activities covering sustainability, social value and diversity and inclusion. You will develop core skills in communication, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving, supported by practical improvement tools.

The programme includes major project site visits, cross-department insight days and community initiatives, alongside networking opportunities, structured learning modules and mentor support.

Designed to challenge and inspire, by the end of the programme, you will have built a strong professional foundation, a valuable network and the confidence to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the future of Keltbray and the wider industry.

Disciplines on this route

  1. Civil Engineering

Civil Engineers are the scientific minds behind the way our towns and cities work. Combining their practical and theoretical engineering knowledge to plan, manage, budget and analyse projects of all sizes

  2. Quantity Surveying

Quantity Surveyors help manage the money side of a construction project. They track costs from the beginning through to completion, making sure the project stays on budget and that the work being delivered represents good value.

  3. Construction and Management

Construction Site Managers oversee the day-to-day delivery of a construction project. They make sure the work on site is carried out safely, on time, to the required quality, and in line with what the client expects.

  4. Sustainability

Sustainability professionals help ensure our projects are delivered with the environment in mind. Working across both office and site, they monitor performance, identify improvements and support project teams in making more sustainable choices.
