At Keltbray, we believe that our people are our greatest strength. That’s why we’ve created KELT (Keltbray Employee Leadership Team), a dedicated employee-led forum that helps shape an inclusive, supportive and engaging workplace for everyone

KELT will represent Keltbray across the areas of health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and local community support. Our main purpose is to work collaboratively to enhance the culture and working environment for our people.

Made up of representatives from across the business, KELT works closely with colleagues at every level to ensure employees have a voice, champion wellbeing and help drive positive change throughout the organisation.

    Have a clear and concise plan of how we will communicate with KB workforce considering various methods and the changing dynamics of the workforce.

  • Health & Wellbeing:

    To promote the health & wellbeing of our people across all offices and sites.

  • Inclusive Environment:

    Our commitment to an inclusive environment ensures everyone feels valued and have a part to play in Keltbray's success.

  • Workforce Voice & Recognition:

    To provide a platform for our people to provide feedback and demonstrate recognition for those who go the extra mile.

  • Community Support

    To shape teams and community support via the KB foundation.

Making a Difference Beyond Keltbray 

KELT also supports the work of the Keltbray Foundation, helping to strengthen our contribution to the communities in which we operate. This provides opportunities for employees to get involved in community projects, charitable initiatives and volunteering activities that create a lasting positive impact.
