Steel sheet piles are manufactured steel sections, with interlocking clutches on each edge, that are installed into the ground to provide earth retention and excavation support. Sheet piles are typically used for retaining walls, cofferdams, underground structures such as car parks and basements, and in marine locations for riverbank protection, sea and flood walls.
