To win the award, Keltbray beat eight others in demonstrating a positive and progressive approach to training and developing staff in 2018. Judges were highly impressed by Keltbray’s training initiatives, as well as the innovation shown in developing new training methods and the time allocated to training. They also praised the company’s strong leadership and the commitment shown in embedding a culture of training across the Keltbray Group.

Every year, it provides over 60,000 hours of training and development services to the Group and many more to clients, charities and communities.
