Keltbray releases the Annual Report 2025, highlighting a year marked by stronger margins, disciplined delivery and continued progress across major national programmes.
Keltbray closed the 2025 financial year in a strong position. Gross margin rose from 11% in 2024 to 15.1% in 2025, reflecting improved quality of delivery and disciplined project execution.
The business secured a healthy pipeline of new work, including major wins at 1 Victoria Street, where Keltbray will deliver the substructure and superstructure following successful demolition and remodelling, and 60 Gracechurch Street, a landmark 36‑storey commercial development in the City of London. Aviation capability also remained robust, supported by a trusted partnership with Heathrow and a proven track record in highly regulated operational environments.
Keltbray continued to diversify beyond London, delivering significant work at Richborough Energy Park, HS2, Sellafield and Heathrow, strengthening its presence across major national infrastructure programmes.
Social mobility remains central to the company’s contribution to the communities in which it operates. In 2025, the business generated £54 million in social value, including £19 million through job creation, £1.5 million invested in apprenticeships, and £30 million supporting supply chain resilience, reinforcing the belief that long‑term business success must go hand in hand with long‑term community impact.
Looking ahead
Keltbray enters the next year with momentum, a clear strategic direction and a diverse pipeline. With continued focus on engineering excellence and innovation, the business is well positioned to build on its strong foundations.
