What Is PH2?

PH2 demonstrates a new approach, an evolution of our thinking and an alignment of our health, safety & wellbeing aspirations. Conceptually, PH2 combines two distinct strategies that work in unison to deliver improvements in our overall performance. Both facets are intrinsically linked, sharing the same vision, process, culture and philosophy; in essence, this demonstrates how we will redefine health, safety and wellbeing.

Our model

PH2 combines the conventional approach to health & safety with health & wellbeing, intrinsically linking them under our shared PH2 vision. Our philosophy, culture and processes are mirrored wherever possible, an only when we reach delivery specifics and their supporting narratives do we distinguish between our approaches to achieve maximum operational effectiveness.

The Group places health, safety and wellbeing at the very heart of our business strategy and decision making process – it constitutes our primary focus and is encapsulated in our core purpose and values. It is time that we, as an industry, support the health and wellbeing of our people, and all those who come into contact with our activities, with the same level of passion and commitment that we apply to safety.

Keltbray Active is Keltbray’s employee-led community to support, inspire and encourage each other in making active choices which improve our health and relationship with the environment.

The Big Six were identified after analysing our activities, incidents, accidents and trends that pose the biggest risks to people, asset or reputation.

Keltbray’s ‘Focused Learning Experience’ or FLEX as it is more commonly known, is our in-house online learning and development platform, designed to support all aspects of your work life.

Keltbray self-delivers occupational health for its people through its in-house occupational health and wellbeing practice – through KML.
