Black Lives Matter

At Keltbray we celebrate and value diversity because we believe difference makes us stronger. We believe it makes us better. We believe it helps us achieve our goals. As such I want to be clear that we condemn all forms of discrimination and racism.

Recent events in the US have shocked and saddened us all and I want to unequivocally state to you all that at Keltbray we believe Black Lives Matter. We recognise that stating this is simply not enough. The Board and I have been taking the time to process the events and to try and understand how we at Keltbray can support this movement.

We know we will only see real change when we all join together as allies and act in a way that calls out prejudice every time. We may not always get it right, but I’m committed in creating an environment where people from all communities are welcome and can thrive.

It is only by sharing experiences, listening and taking action that we can drive real change.
