This project marks a key milestone in Keltbray’s journey towards delivery it’s Promote Health, Prevent Harm strategy, creating healthier and safer work environments whilst underscoring our dedication to operational excellence.

The visual standards project was conceived with a singular objective: to empower our operational leadership teams in the safe and efficient execution of our projects. Led by the HSW Strategic Projects team, in close collaboration with our operational and HSQEW stakeholders, the release of our visual standards exemplifies our collective commitment to reinforcing a culture of safety and excellence.

“From the outset, we wanted a very strong, holistic concept, one which would align with our strategic and organisational goals. The results clearly consolidate our aspirations, and we believe the seamless integration of the visualisations will bring continued benefit.”

Lavinia Toma, project manager overseeing the creation of bespoke 3D visuals, expressed her excitement, stating:

“I’m thrilled to witness the release of our visual standards project. It has been a remarkable journey, and we are delighted with the outcomes. I am confident that these visual standards will greatly support our operational teams in delivering projects safely and more efficiently.”

By setting a common standard across all our projects, we aim to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Our evolving Visual Standards will streamline procedures, improve adherence, and facilitate clearer communication with our workforce.”

Complemented by comprehensive procedures and guidance notes, these standards are designed to ensure uniformity and maximize their effectiveness in enhancing safety and efficiency.
