Neil Patterson
Group People Director
Neil has been an integral part of Keltbray since January 2014, serving in various roles and is currently the Group People Director. In this role, he oversees HR, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Support Services.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Neil is qualified to CIPD Level 7. Under his leadership, the team has gained significant industry recognition, including “Best In-House Recruitment Team” at the Construction News: Investing in Talent Awards in both 2016 and 2017, as well as “Innovation in Recruitment” in 2016.
