Joanna Walsh is a Site Operative for Keltbray who came to the business having had a difficult start in her career. Having left education at fifteen, she found a facilities maintenance job with OCS which she enjoyed. Joanna then started building up her experience by working in a clothes shop and a Travelodge, and was eventually sent by the Job Centre to the agency Good People, who introduced Joanna to Keltbray. She started her induction the very next day.
