There are few businesses with the diversity of roles, skills and expertise to rival ours. Every one of Keltbray's 1,800 employees plays an important role in delivering some of the biggest construction projects in the UK. Visit the Our People page to read some of their stories.
Innovation and Systems Engineer
Despite having only joined Keltbray in late 2018, Asha is responsible for developing and managing a groundbreaking project funded by Innovate UK to change the way Piles are constructed.
She always wanted to give back to society and the role felt like a good fit. Working at Keltbray, Asha has found a strong focus on innovation and a real openness to discuss and change methods.
Asha Panchal, Innovation and Systems Engineer
"I also feel supported in my personal development as the company provides access to a number of Chartership programmes"
Occupational Health Technician
Sylwia joined Keltbray after seeking a career change and occupational health was a sector she was particularly interested in.
She now provides occupational health screening and surveillance services for Keltbray employees and external clients in the UK. This includes carrying out fitness reporting following medical assessments, as well as drug and alcohol testing.
Sylwia Marusiak, Occupational Health Technician
“I am very lucky to have a patient and very supportive team who helped me a lot when I first started. I was only allowed to start working independently after I felt confident and that took most of the stress away.”
We think that construction is one of the most fascinating and rewarding industries there is but don't just take our word for it. Go Construct is an independent initiative providing lots of information to inspire and educate you on the opportunities available.
