Keltbray supported the rapid delivery of a 2,000-space car park serving NHS staff deployed to the temporary Nightingale Hospital at London's ExCeL Centre during the first peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project was delivered in partnership with Lendlease, Wilson James and the Royal Engineers.

A key element of the works involved the remediation and preparation of previously undeveloped land, including extensive vegetation clearance, earthworks and ground levelling to create haul roads and operational parking areas.

Responding to an emergency national requirement, Keltbray mobilised within 24 hours of receiving the call for support, enabling the phased delivery of critical infrastructure within an exceptionally compressed programme.
